After restore - Windows Update (and Office) fails

After a drastic issue, I needed to restore a backup I made of my boot drive.

I did so using Acronis backup and recovery server.

 

My OS is Windows Server 2008 R2 (Win7 equiv). 

All updates were up to place until June 2020.

 

After doing the backup restore to another SSD, it seems Windows Updates are not working in that, it tells me that there are no updates to install, but I know there have been updates since June 2020!

No errors in the event log.

 

I also tried doing an update on Microsoft Office 2016 and it fails with an error code of 30016-28

 

Any ideas what to do here?
