No, iOS can only be coded in Objective-C.

 

The built in debugger won't work, none of the GUI building tools will work and it would probably just be more trouble than it's worth.

 

XCode is bad enough for the languages it supports, if you're set on using Python I suggest getting and IDE made for Python.
