as long as it's not a junk paste, most decent paste are within 5c of each other

 

did u tighten the screws all the way down? with a screwdriver, by hand (Dont use a drill)

i dont know, i think it is junk paste, maybe on the same quality as the one LTT used in that video with a tub of thermal paste for 1 dollar, you think its not enough mounting pressure? i did repaste it a few months ago and it wasnt the easiest thing to remount the cooler while everything was already in the case, the back plate kept falling off, but yes, did tighten them all the way down

you'll feel the screw stop, that's when it's tight enough

but if you said you tightened it, and case airflow had 0 impact

then it's probably just ambient temp and maybe junk paste

yeah, the screw wouldnt turn anymore, i've been wanting to get a proper cooler for it anyways, just no money, my room is way too hot, would you recommend going for an air cooler or an AIO? i think i have just enough money for a 240 AIO

AIO are just for fashion if u ask me, they're not as reliable

alright, i'll have to look for a good one that is also available here, you think the performance between AIOs and air coolers will be the same with my enviorment?

a high end air cooler can compete with most 240mm AIOs

true, i've seen the videos but still have doubts lol, now the problem will be with finding one in my country, that is affordable and with in my budget

true true, the issue isnt with knowing which one to buy, and more about which one is available for me here, but alas, thank you all for the help
