LoL Loading screen black issue

Hello! I'm posting here as I don't know where else to ask for help.

In my League of Legends game, after I select my champion (essentially character), the game launches but the game's screen is black. The actual loading screen will appear arter a while, but it's inconsistent and sometimes I connect once everyone else has connected (worst I had was 10 minutes into the game). I have searched everywhere for fixes on this but notning seems to work, even resettng my pc. Nothing like this happens anywhere else in my PC.I have tried contacting garena support but the help they gave didn't help much at all.

At one point, after a Windows and a graphics driver update, it started working again. Then it didn't work again no matter what I did.

 

System specs: AMD Ryzen 5 2400G (Integrated Vega 11 GPU), 8GB RAM (2GB allocated to graphics memory), 120GB SSD with 1TB HDD, Windows 10. LoL server: PH (Garena)

No. I should mention that it only happens on LoL, and other games (valorant, tekken 7, csgo) run fine.

Have you tried reinstalling or just repairing the game's files?
