APU help?

If I were to get an AMD A10-7850k and a GTX 660, could I switch between GPU's. Like if I want to play Battlefield 4 and use mantle, I would use the APU but if I want to play Skyrim, I'd switch to the 660. Would that work?

It works but Mantle is trash and so is the APU, better off with an Athlon 760k and a GTX 660Ti for example.

Get a 7870 with a 7850K if you want to use Mantle w/Good Frames and play Skyrim Ultra 60FPS, but only if you could afford a $200 7870 given the huge increase in Litecoin Difficulty, and with code countering ASICs

No, discrete GPU will do so much better.

There is really no point in that. The Nvidia card is so much better than the APU, I would go with a CPU such as the Athlon 760k and then get a better GPU, something like the 270x.
