Mix reality performance.

Hello, 

 

so I need some help understand what is lowering my performance with I record in mix-reality. When I’m not recording I hit 144 and avg. 143. But once I start recording it tanks to about 90. So I am assuming it’s not the GPU but the CPU because it’s processing more information? 
 

I have a Ryzen 5 3600/2080 super/ 16GB 3200hz. recording program I am using is the GeForce. 
 

And to conclude. How can I improve performance? I’ve gotten use to 144 FPS. 
 

the game we play is beat saber. Any advice would help me a lot.

Are you just screen recording because then I would use like obs or something else because the geforce overlay is pretty garbage.

Yes I am just screen recording. No streaming.
