Nexus 5 fits the bill. I have one myself and am extremely happy with it. Excellent all round phone, only downside I've seen is that it does not have expandable SD storage if that is important to you, but I'm yet to run out of space on my 16GB model. Big selling point for me as well is stock android 4.4.

Have a more in depth look here. They describe it as the best phone you can buy for 350 USD and that's no lie. http://www.engadget.com/2013/11/05/nexus-5-review/

Case: Meatbag, humanoid - APU: Human Brain version 1.53 (stock clock) - Storage: 100TB SND (Squishy Neuron Drive) - PSU: a combined 500W of Mitochondrial cells - Optical Drives: 2 Oculi, with corrective lenses.

Nexus 5 is one of the best performance per dollar phones out there. Or the Moto G (comes in Google Play Edition Flavor too!)

I have a Nexus 5 and I am so satisfied with my phone!

The Nokia phones are OK but the App support isn't there yet. The Nexus 5 is in my opinion an all around better phone.
