it does not bad imo. check if the mobo has onboard wifi unless ur using ethernet, what CL is the ram? also it might be better to 4x8 i think.

5500xt is ok, but maybe you could get a 5600?

even with a 5600xt its still much lower than 1000?

ev

stuff is cool. stuff that has fancy lighting is cooler. stuff that has fancy lighting and works is the coolest.

You might want to swap the 3700X for a 3600 and spend more on your GPU if you want better gaming performance at the expense of photoshop.

If you want more gaming performance at the cost of photoshop you can swap the 3700X for a 3600 and go upto a 2060.

You can also get a aftermarket cooler if you have some extra money

And you can use your old harddrive for mass storeage and fast things on the SSD

And the case is mostly personal preference.

hes got a PSU + case, so i think you can use a x570 instead of a b450

stuff is cool. stuff that has fancy lighting is cooler. stuff that has fancy lighting and works is the coolest.

I should have expressed this or lowered the budget but this budget of 1000 is including the case and hardrive. My motherboard does have a wifi chip . My ram is cl18

No. Always two sticks if you're running dual channel. 4x8 just makes half your RAM slower to access than it needs to be.

I noticed, updated the build. No reason to go X570 really, he's not going to use PCIe Gen 4 and the Tomahawk Max is good enough.
