Laptop screen change

Hello

6 month ago i bought a new laptop for work

HP ProBook 4540s (i5 3230M, Radeon 7650M, 8gb DDR3, Corsair Force GS 120 Gb SSD, SAMSUNG Spinpoint M8 750 Gb)

The main work for this computer is SolidWork and AutoCad

But now i need to do some video and photo editing and the screen on the laptop is not so grate in this field of work

So my question is, has someone changed there laptop screen to bigger resolution screen

My plan is to change original laptop screen to this one
