Fiio e10k issues please help

Hi, I recently got the Fiio e10k and when i try to play music I unpause it then it automatically pauses again. same thing happens when watching videos., once I unplug the usb cable all these issues go away. when I tried setting my push to talk in discord but it always saying unk178 plus whatever key im pushing but it disappears with the dac unplugged so that makes me believe that this related to the constant pausing of my music and videos. None of these issues occur while playing games though

DACs can sometimes play silly buggers with inline controls on headphones, do yours happen to have any?
