G-Sync fps cap issues

I just bought a new screen and whenever I activate G-Sync it caps all my games to 144fps in borderless windowed, however as soon as I tab out aswell as when I change to fullscreen it unlimits the fps and i get arround 400.

 

How do I fix it so it keeps the fps unlimited in borderless windowed?
