Video Editing GPU Suggestions

I’ve been editing in premiere pro on a early 2015 13-inch retina MacBook Pro.  My editing experience recently hasn’t been so great along with slow exports when using templates and other things.  I want to either build my own pc or buy this MSI P65-1084.  The MSI has a dedicated RTX 2060.  Here is an amazon link. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TN4C5VZ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_F3niFbVQ1EK06
 

If you could recommend a solid budget GPU with great performance that’d be great!
