Good evening everyone.

I've just upgraded my laptop m.2 ssd from 250GB to 500GB. I threw another 8GB of RAM in while it was open. Anyhow, I cloned the original SSD onto the new SSD and swapped them and installed the new RAM. After a few tries I'm up and running again but my SSD shows 220+GB unallocated space. Is there a way to expand my OS(C) drive to use this space or am I stuck with creating a new (D?) drive? I'd prefer Windows to see the new 500GB drive as one. Any pointers much appreciated.

Do I need to delete those recovery partitions, came with the laptop as far as I know, then extend the C volume.  Not bothered about recovery partitions as I'll have a regular backup drive and recovery USB.

EDIT: Scratch that, I cant see how to delete those partitions.
