And no, IMO the 9100F and the 1660 Super are a good combo. I've heard about a 'Ryzen 5 3500' which is a 3600 with the hyperthreading disabled, sold in India for around 8,000 INR in store. See if you can find one of those, beats a 9100F

No

You might get slightly better prices in a store, but they're probably crowded and unsanitary and the Amazon prices already include the really high taxes, so you're not losing much. The R5 3500 after tax is probably closer to 10,000 anyway.

This is what I would get. Give up on the ultrawide, it'll cost you 5 times as much to get one with Freesync.

9100F doesn't need a B365 motherboard, that GPU isn't in stock, and the monitor is 4x the price. The 25" one is more resonable but that's too small for an ultrawide.

Get the black RAM if you want, but that's half the capacity, so you can only upgrade to 16GB in dual channel.

Depends on the game. In some games the 9100F is fine. Others will be unplayable at all. 4 cores with no SMT hasn't been enough since 2017. I know some friends have older i5s and they can't even play modern games such as the latest AC or Battlefield. Look for a Ryzen 5 or i5 six core minimum.
