I am in need of some fans. my friend suggested the Scythe Kaze Flex 120. if any one has any better suggestions and knowledge or incite would be greatly appreciated. i would like to keep the price per fan below $14 im not looking for rgb. either black or grey.

Noctua's are great, but they aren't cheap.  Neither are Corsair fans for that matter.  Cooler Master makes pretty decent fans for not very much.

any specific fans from cooler master that you would suggest?

Masterfan SF120M is all black, no RGBs or any lighting of any kind I think.  They are all pretty similar, only difference is the shape of the fan bracket.

EDIT :  Oof, that one costs as much as a Noctua fan...  Man, case fans really aren't cheap these days lol.

what about arctic fans, i see them everywhere on pc part picker, are they any good?

I'm not too sure, we don't have that many big brands where I'm from.  There isn't even a place to buy Noctua fans even online that ships to me for less than the cost of the fan themselves lol.
