i have a question when i use the auto quality on twitchand youtube it does not pick the highest quality available only 720p60 and not higher reselution even when i use a 1920 x 1080 75hz screen

That the defaults for the website. You can try an auto high quality extension for your browser

the streams/videos i watch is 1080p60 and sometimes the streams i watch on twitch is 900p60 and i use a 1000/1000 ethernet wifi

That is down to the streamer's own settings in their OBS.

for auto quality there is go to 720p60 when the settings i can put on by myself is 1080p60 but i want to have so when i click on the stream i want to see it go to the highest quality by it self nt me who shall go to the quality settings and put it on the highest just the auto quality do it not me

I believe the op is saying the streamer is streaming at 900p or higher. But he is defaulting to 720p. Op you can use the solution I gave you.

but i only find it for youtube and not for youtube and twitch

Have you tried

 

Go to Settings > Streams.

Leave all options as default except.

Set preferred quality high/highest
