Maybe try posting on https://forums.virtualbox.org/

 

If I search for "virtualbox the instruction at 0x00007ffe1d14f2cc referenced memory at 0x0000000000000000 The memory could not be read" on Google, I can find multiple topics on their forums. Most of them seem to indicate some kind of driver issue.

 

There should be a "vbox.log" file somewhere that can give additional info.
