Looking to build my own keyboard one day, lookin for some help

lumpenrose

Theres so much variety with cases, PCB's, etc. that I can't help but feel overwhelmed.
I'm hoping to get a:
-60% Board
-black case with 2 sets of footstands (similar to what the ducky one 2 mini has)
-PCB with alot of customization, such as great rgb options, customizable keys n macros
-Hotswappable between cherry, and many other popular switch brands if possible
-pink/black coiled cable
-max budget: $150 (not including keycaps and switches)

any reccomendations for purchases? also where do i buy switches...?
