Asus Q-code 3E (not booting)

Hello everyone, today I changed my mobo and cpu, it started without problems, i enabled xmp and test it, it worked fine. Two hours ago I started the pc and it's noot booting, nothing on the screen, just the q-code 3E and q-led "DRAM". I tried to remove the ram and do the ram stick. The code is there even if the ram is not in it! i tried to cmos with the jumper and removing the battery, nothing!

The fans starts to spin and the leds are on, nothing else. I don't know what happend, I tried a bios flashback but the little led indicator don't turn on.

The q-code on the manual is: Post-memory PCH inizialization is started.

Can somebody help me? Thank you all guys ^^

When it doubt (or experiencing weird issues relating to RAM/PCIE/PCH) just try reseating your cpu.
