weird bluescreen choppy text

Is there a file in there with a timestamp that correspond to his latest BSOD?

If so, upload it here. (It doesn't contain any information that are personally identifying other than maybe the name of his session)

Download this and take screenshots of everything and post it.

 

It is quite likely to be a graphical issue, even if it is an APU, it can still fail. But at least a minidump should put us on the right path as to whether it's GPU or RAM related.
