Budget (including currency): 2000 - 2200AUD 

Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: FPS games, music production 

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

First build. Buying like right now. Have an AOC 27in 144hz. I want to maximise that

Just wondering if the wait for the new cpus n gpus r worth it?

 

 

 

If so which motherboard should i opt for? Kinda want the pc to stretch out for 5-6 years.

Yeah, it's worth the wait, especially if you want this to last you longer.
