Q Code 55 after adding more RAM

My specs:

Maximus 8 ranger motherboard

Intel I7 6700k

GeForce GTX 1080ti

G skill ripjaws V 2x 8gb 2133mhz (pre existing)

G skill ripjaws V 2x 8gb 3200mhz (new)

 

I already had problems earlier when attempting to add the extra ram sticks to my PC but I've cleared up that problem now, now after manually changing the target frequency in the BIOS to 3200mhz I consistently get q code 55 (no ram installed) after adding the new sticks to the extra slots

Did you mix the RAM or swap it out?

I tried mixing it, I figured it shouldn't be a problem because the only difference is the MHz and it can boot normally on the 2133 sticks when set to 3200, I am new to PC building so I probably assumed incorrectly
