Behringer UM2 not working

Started up my PC today and nothing has changed since yesterday except my UM@ no longer works, shows up in device manager, and windows sound devices, when i tap my mic the level indicator lights up but windows does not detect any sound. uninstalled and reinstalled default drivers, and unofficial drivers, nothing works.

this is also happening to me, i cant use it anywere, i tried discord, audacity, waveform  and nothing

Perhaps this is a windows update issue then....

 

Try setting to 48khz and uninstalling all other audio drivers, otherwise contact Behringer support directly. You might also find help on the GearSlutz forum as Uli Behringer himself is a regular there and there is much more conversation on studio audio on that forum.

i tried all, lemme try and contact berhinger directly
