Hi all so as the title states im having some issues with my partners PC now again it will start artifacting really bad green/black horizontal lines across the top and bottom of the screen, Originally thought her old r930x was faulty/dying was due for and upgrade anyway so Replaced it with a 2070 Super (AMD Drivers where wiped/cleaned correctly) The issue persisted replaced the display cable, did a bios update tried different versions of the nivida driver issue os still there, to rule out the monitor it was tested with my PC and has 0 issues, Im stumped on what it could be :(  (mind the mess in the photo not my desk so i have no say over how tidy it is 🤣 )

Ddu the drivers and manually delete them.

If you have any sort of overlock get rid of it. If that didn't help try the card in a different system. If the issue was still there rma the card.

Have done that, the problem also happens in Safemode which leads me to belive its not driver related, Card was tested in my pc and did not have any issues

What are the specs of this current system?

Clear the cmos and try updating the bios ( though highly unlikely to fix it ).

Running a fairly dated 700W Corsair PSU

What 700w PSU? Also what PSU are you using with your system?
