I've been researching a lot of options about how I can make a watercooled build that I can put on display, but that won't take up space on my small desk. I've come to the conclusion that the best solution is to get the Thermaltake Core P3 and wallmount it, and then route the cables through my wall. The hardware that I want to cool is the Ryzen 9 3950x, and an RTX 2080 ti. It only has space for one 360mm radiator, but it can support an EK CoolStream 360 XE, which is their thickest 360mm radiator. Will this be enough to cool my hardware, in an open-air case? Would I have any room for overclocking, or no? Thank you!

You might need to run those fans a big higher under load, cooling 400 watts is no small feat - but it should be doable

You should be fine, as long as you have some good high static pressure fans on there.

Would these fans work? https://pcpartpicker.com/product/wPFXsY/corsair-co-9050041-ww-750-cfm-120mm-fan-co-9050041-ww And would I need to put them on the front and back of the radiator, or just the front?

You can do a push pull if you want. The exact model of fan doesn't matter just look for high static pressure ones.

I think I'm just gonna go with fans on the front, do you think I should set them to intake or exhaust?

You won’t be doing intake or exhaust. It’s an open air case. Nowhere to rise to anyway. So it’s either push or pull. And I do both given the restriction of a thick rad and if you have any hopes of keeping the noise down and maintaining a decent temp.
