can't open .msc files

Hi guys today I tried to open services.msc however I can't ( i posted the screenshot ) 
Every .msc file I try to open returns the same error...
On default apps I realized it doesn't have MMC by default ( screenshot below ), when I click + it just tells me to choose an app and there's no MMC or anything...

In the white "You'll need a new app to open .msc file" windows click "More Apps", browse to bottom of the list and click "Look for another app on this pc"  in the file explorer window filename box type in "C:\Windows\System32\mmc.exe" without the quotes and click ok.

 

You should now be able open services.msc
