I changed my fclk frequency and now my PC doesn’t show signal to my monitor

What Did you change the FCLK frequency to?

what FCLK did you set it to 

what cpu? what specs?

You need to clear your CMOS. 3000 is way too high. It generally maxes out around 1900.

To clear CMOS (from the ASUS website):

 

 

To erase the RTC RAM :

a. Turn off the computer and unplug the power cord.

b. Make two jumper caps short-circuit with a metal conductor. Keep the conductor connected to the jumper caps for about  5-10 seconds,
c. Plug-in the power cord and turn ON the computer.
d. Hold down the <Del> key during the boot process and enter BIOS setup to re-enter data.
    

* If the above steps do not help, remove the on-board battery and short-circuit the jumpers again to clear the CMOS RTC RAM data.
After clearing the CMOS, reinstall the batttery.

unplug everything external like the power plug and the kayboard etc and then clear the cmos

Yes, you have to do that to get your computer working again.

Find the two metal jumpers, and then use a metal screwdriver to short them.

No, it will just reset the BIOS settings.
