I recently got an AMD RX 570 from a friend. I was in the middle of installing a new game when the screen went green. At first I checked the GPU and even put another GPU in the computer but it wouldn't post with either of them. The next day I completely tore down the system and rebuilt it. I used the other graphics card I had in my drawer to test it and it finally booted up. This was a few days ago and I still can't get my original 570 to get a video output when I boot the system. I removed all of the AMD drivers and anything else that might cause it to behave like this but nothing has worked. I put both of the graphics cards in my system (it has two PCIe x16 slots) and plugged the HDMI in the secondary GPU(I also tried with DP). In windows, I can see the RX 570 in device manager but with a little warning triangle on it. I get an error code 43 when I open the properties. I've tried to reinstall the drivers, uninstall them, and I can't seem to figure out what is wrong. I've seen online that it may be a bios issue on the card but I can't find a bios for my GPU or even find anything about it online. I'll link a picture of what GPU-Z says. Please if anyone knows what's wrong please let me know.

If it's dedicated. Ddu the drivers And try flashing it with a consumer firmware just to be sure.
