hi i need help,

this probelm pop up yesterday, i have tried looking for tutorial how to fix it but i came empty handed, i have wacth 6 diffrent tutorial on youtube and google and its still dosen't work

the pop up make every my application crash and it won't oppen.
 

please help because i can't work at my project school, and my grade will be minus

News is not good. Both windows imply a corruption of the program code.  Uninstalling and reinstalling PS might do it.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
