Background info: I played around 500h Assetto Corsa with an XBOX Controller. Then I switched to a Logitech G29 (for PC use identical to a G920, comparable to its predecessor G27)

The Wheel is alright, the FFB is okay but not the best. I think it is because of the gear drive inside that does not make it possible for fine feedback.

From my experience the G29/G920 is a solid wheel but if you can find something with a so called "belt drive" you will have more sensitive feedback from the car.

A friend of mine bought a used Fanatec GT3 RS wheel (with belt drive) and I do prefer this over my G29, but buying second hand was no option for me.

I hope this input helps you decide.

Thanks for the reply. The G920 looks very nice, how are the pedals? is the base stable? The price is more than i want to spend, but havent found any real good wheels much cheaper. Used isnt an option for me either.

Just order a Thrustmaster T150 for $200 will be here tomorrow. Should be good for my first wheel, can always upgrade in a few years if I really need to.

Great wheel, better FFB than Logi in most cases. I want to recommend this wheel originally but then i checked it cost like $300 used. 😆

Well, its here and set-up, kinda?

Biggest problem is the pedal base. It slides when i press the brake, its on a thin board that doesnt slide. The base should be longer. I will figure something out, but shouldnt have to. Not what i was hoping for.
