1070 given odd issues, please help

Random crashing when NOT gaming. Causing a sluggish computer or just the screen going black unexpectedly. These are some of this things that I think my MSI 1070 Armor OC is causing. It is repeatable on the three different computers I have put this 1070 in for testing. I need help! What would you do? I have tried all of the various bios version for the card. I have tried under clocking the vram. I have also tried setting the card to performance mode in the Nvidia Control Panel. My guess is that there is an issue an lower clocks and voltages. Please help!
