rtx 2080 problem

Hi Guys 

 

Hope everyone is keeping safe 

 

I have an issue with my RTX 2080. I can run heaven benchmark maxed out at 4k on a loop and it runs fine. Temps under control 

 

However, when I run benchmarks i.e. GTA 5 it crashes. When I play games like COD WZ etc it crashes. I have flashed the bios on the card, re-pasted the card, up to date drivers. 

 

WHat can I do?

is it overclocked, heaven's kinda outdated for stability? if so dial it back

heaven working doesn't mean anything, try ddu'ing the drivers. if it still persists, do -400 on the memory, if -400 memory works, then it's a slightly defective card.

Hi so I'm facing this issue with my NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 with Max-Q Desing / İ7-8750H CPU @2.20GHz 16 gb ram laptop pc but i get 20 - 50 in Rainbow six siege i tried all settings in Rainbow but didnt help and i dont know what to do my CPU gets 94 *C in other games i still get 144 fps in Rainbow its to low to play idk
