Windows 10 Notifications Window Alternative?

Do you know of any programs/apps that allow for notifications to be in a separate window?
Mainly so I can have my notifications on my secondary monitor, preferably in a window I can move around freely.

I'm tired of the Windows 10 Notifications menu on the right side bar (WinKey + A).

Unfortunately it can't be done. To get notifications on the second monitor you can make that monitor your primary monitor in the settings then move the taskbar to the monitor you use most often, but that has its own issues and still isn't a pop out window.
