Budget (including currency): 120 Euros

Country: Latvia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: E-sport games, gta v those kinda games.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I'm thinking of upgrading my computer's video card.

Above is my budget and i'm thinking of getting a somekinda 4gb card, any suggestions and additional help?

My computer's current spec:

GPU - ATI Radeon HD 4650 - upgrading this.

RAM - 2x4gb (8gb) not sure what ddr.

PSU - 240V power supply if i'm not mistaking, says don't exceed 320v on it.

used rx 470,480 or 570 is the best you can get. your cpu will still bottleneck but it will be mostly fine

I need a video card without that socket. a video card that you can just plug in it's slot and that's it.

Its fairly difficult to find decent graphics cards that dont need power from the psu. It would probably be recommended to either buy adapters or just buy a psu with pcie power connectors and a higher power wattage, 500w - 550w is the most commonly used with a graphics card

I'm gonna buy a PowerColor RX 570 4GB

And a PSU - Xilence ATX2.3 PSU 500W XN052 and it has a PCIe 6+2 pin
