Blackscreen after input change

Hey guys have a weird problem here. So i have my ps4 and pc hooked up to my monitor, never had issues but now if my pc is on and i start playing on my ps4 whenever i change the input back to pc its black and unresponsive, i have to do a cold shutdown. Just started happening about a week ago, before that i could switch no problem. My pc is a 4690k and 2 gtx970s

have you change the power options to never sleep?
if not pls try it.
Did you update any drivers/install any apps before this happened
