I had an aura strix gpu. Now I have 2070 super. Every time I turn my computer on I get a led control service non aura message. Its nothing bad, its just annoying. Anyway to get rid of this?

uninstall aura sync if you have it installed.

But I have other components that use aura sync, like my motherboard, memory, and m.2

You can reinstall it after, I used to use aura sync and it would have issues like that, if you uninstall it and reinstall it, it should fix it. If you didn't already also make sure to DDU your graphics drivers before installing the new card, and make sure you are getting the drivers from Nvidia not through Windows.
