RBS 2020 or 2021?

Hello! I am a student who likes to do some gaming on the side, I love to play fps games like BF5, PUBG and tf2. I am new to the computer genre and barely know what DDR means (but I know the basics of cores, threads, GPU and CPU etc.) I was wondering if I should buy the new stealth or wait for an upgraded version? I prefer to have a 13inch laptop and I know there are better options like some 15 inch models or the G14, but I would like to stay in 13inch as much as possible because I prefer portability over performance, I just need to be able to run the game at around 40fps in decent graphics. (please tell me if I placed this in the wrong place!)

You can't really get good gaming performance out of a 13in laptop, the best you could get is a Razer Blade Stealth with a 1650Ti. The Zephyrus G14 is still pretty small but with much better performance.
