Ultra latency mode

Hi ,

I have a question about this option , when i put this setting on ultra it my fps on certain game ( Csgo, valorant)my fps are lock to 225 fps but game like Lol arn't so i wanted to know if it's due to this setting or not because it's strange it's only affect some game and not the other. It's maybe because i use g-sync so i enabled v-sync on nvidia panel. But i don't have the problem on borderless or windowed

 

My config is :

CPU I9-9900K

RTX 2080TI

NVME 1TO SSD

16GO RAM DDR3
