Help pc won't start

The pc starts and 15 seconds later shuts down repeatedly. 

The other days i took the cpu cooler off but the cpu was stuck on it I eventually took it off then placed it on the pc but it did what I said in the beginning. 

I then took a different cpu and used it but still same results .

Fans are working and rgb too but perhaps the cpu socket is damaged ? It's 

Am 4 socket btw
