Corsair Link

Tola

Corsair Link has issues with 8.1 if that's the OS you are using. There is a workaround for it but you need to be comfortable using regedit

Not sure what the problem would be for win7 pro, but you could try the regedit fix. It worked for me. Try plugging it into another usb header on your mobo as well.

Have you got usb2 enabled in your UEFI? it could be off like mine was to begin with. Apart from that i'm not too sure of anything else to try, usually regedit and new header solves it. If you have access to another pc try plugging the corsair link into that mobo, if still not working then it may be time to try contact corsair for rma
