Display goes off

Hello.

So this computer system is a bit old, but the parts are still good because i took care of them.

Problem- i download things overnight or when im busy, but after not touching the computer system for about 1hr and 30min/2hrs. The display wont go back on anymore. Even when at high performance power plan.

My pc is not sleeping nor hibernating.

I have to move the mouse for every 1hr.

I  dont know how and when the display goes off because i turn off the monitor to  save electricity.

It's like my pc is on but there is no display.

I can't get the display back once that problem happens. 

So i have to force shutdown my pc by holding the power button until it powers out. 

So i turn it on  again and there's the display again.

But u know the windows is like i think slower start up it does some loading that doesn't really happen.

It's like windows crashed and trying to fix it.

 

My pc specs:

Amd athlon 5350 (4c 4t 2.05ghz)

8gb ram

1tb hdd
