QMK Toolbox .HEX file

Where is the .HEX file for download that Taran Van Hermet had for flashing to the hasu usb to usb converter? I have https://github.com/TaranVH/2nd-keyboard/blob/master/HASU_USB/F24_with_modifiers/F24_with_modifiers.hex

i do not see any official download link for it though.
