Is there some general open driver for graphic tablets on windows 10?

Hello as a title

 

I'm sorry if the section isn't right but I didn't know where to post it

 

The thing is that the module that I'm interested in, seems to be a Pnp, and might lack of thing like pen/cursorc calibrationandsimilar things

 

I have 0 experience with with windows drivers, so maybe with something like a precompiled general driver for graphic tablet might help me to save time, rather than trying to understand how things works, and compile one from zero
