So I just bought new ram for my PC, I noticed it wasn’t running at it’s full 3200mhz so I went into my bios and tried adjusting some different values one by one to get it up to its full speed. Adjust something that I believe was called FLCR or FLKR or something like that from auto to 3000mhz and now I can’t even get into my bios

FCLK?

Clear the cmos

Boot to the bios

Set the soc to 1.1 and dram to 1.35

The FCLK should automatically be set to 1600

Go for 3200

If it boots use memtest86 and / or OCCT to make sure it's stable.

1. DRAM is an entirely different thing.

2. You don't need to manually overclock your RAM. There should be a setting called XMP or DOCP (depending on your processor/motherboard). You just need to set that to enabled.

3. To get back into your BIOS reset the CMOS by bridging the jumper with a flathead screwdriver. You may need to consult your motherboard's manual for where to find it, but it looks just two pins together by themselves.

With ryzen

Over clocking the ram also has to do with the FCLK.

So I’ve gotten it to boot again, in the bios I’ve enabled DOCP, set it to 3200 16-18-18-36 at 1.35 and it’s still reading at 2400 MHz, is there something to else I need to enable? I’ve left FCLK at auto and the highest I could set that to is 3000 MHz

Hit apply

Reboot and then check via hwinfo64. It should be set to 1600 ( 3200 ).
