Ive been having a weird phenomenon with my cpu temperature recently. Currently im running a Ryzen 5 2600 on a Aorus b450 pro wifi. I cant figure out why this is happening and its making my  cpu run hotter than normal when gaming as well.

Attached picture is the cpu temp graph at idle.

What exactly are you talking about ?

Also only use hwinfo64 or ryzen master to monitor ryzen temps correctly.

Use hardwaremonitor and see if you get those same spikes.

Ive used hwmonitor, hwinfo64, and ryzen master and im seeing the same temperature spikes with no indication of more load on the cpu nor an increase in voltage to the cpu corresponding to the spikes.

Anything change?  Your room hotter than usual?

What CPU cooler are you using?

My room in a little hotter than usual but that should only affect the range of the spikes, also im using the id-cooling-234 with an additional 120mm noctua chromax black fan and thermal grizzly kryonaut thermal paste
