a few months laptop should have a warranty, you should consult with the service centre.

it's harder to troubleshoot something like this on a laptop.

     Hello. So i just started a windows update. After a few restarts and a shutdown all was fine. When i turned it on,i was prompted with a bios update,totally unexpected. The update went fine, but after it was finished the screen remained black, and stayed like this. Now i don't know if i can force shut it down, close the lit, or anything at all. I am at a loss. I mention that it's a laptop only a couple of months old.
