Backpack for college

Hello, Im looking for new backpack and I really have no idea which one, I really liked this one Thule Crossover 25 but after reading reviews I dont want to buy it but for sure it has some nice features like that safety compartment for glasses. 

I also looked at samsonites cityvibe 2.0 Im not sure about this one because I dont know If it feels good wearing it, how is quality standing etc...

My requirements: I need to fit in 15.6 inch Lenovo Ideapad

                             It needs to be atleast decently waterproof

                             It has to be confotable on back and in summer it needs to ventilate little

 I will be glad for any suggestions.

Couple of things. Many water resistant qualities of backpacks mean the zippers are hard to pull due to material around that section. In my experience, if the zippers are hard to pull they will be more prone to breaking in the future (the zipper teeth on some of my backpacks in the past separated from the fabric). 

 

If you're just walking in the rain once and a while I don't see the need for a "waterproof" backpack. I walk in the rain often and no water gets inside my non-"waterproof" backpack. I'm only bringing this up because you're limiting yourself by looking for only waterproof backpacks.

 

I've had good experience with Osprey backpacks. They're made well and have a lifetime warranty.
