CPU / DRAM white light

So just built first PC;

 

b450M VDH Pro Max

gtx 1650 Super

ryzen 5 2600

16 GB Ballistic 3200hz ram 

Bitfenix Gold 450W PSU

Nr400 case

 

And upon pressing power, the CPU and Dram ez debug lights are white.

i tried reseating and moving the ram. And checked the cpu pins (attached)

 

im wondering what I can do to fix the issue. Do I need to send back mobo and CPU?

there are a few possible fixes:

- the first time you power it, you need to let it a few minutes to configure ram

- ram needs to be in slots 2 and 4

Do the fans spin?

double check you've connected all the cables properly

Fans do spin, and I’ve left only one stick in slot 2 for the time being. I’ll double check all the cables
