How do i delete drivers without losing my files

I have 2 hdd

i booted from hdd (1)
I have OS and drivers installed on hdd 2 
i wanted to delete my OS and Drivers on hdd1
i think to delete the os i will just delete the folders named Windows and Windows update (correct me pls if im wrong)
but i don`t know how to delete drivers  on another driver

Do you have any important files on HDD 2? just wipe it completely if you don't. If you do, can you migrate them to hdd 1 in order to wipe HDD2 or are they not gonna fit in 1? If you can't move them, I guess you could delete all system dir's on HDD 2 since you don't wanna run an OS off of it, however there's always gonna be some junk left over so to format it and start clean would be best IMO. Any external medias you could offload your files to?

Most drivers should be inside the windows folder, some create their own outside of it, however.

 

P.S. If you have multiple disk partitions you could move your files into one (maybe stretch it first) and then wipe the one with the drivers and windows leftovers, after which you can merge the different partitions of that drive into one.
