gtx 1060 underperforms

Hello!

Lately I noticed that my gtx 1060 6GB underperfoms.I have had my pc for less than a year and i can remember playing league of legends with more that 130fps on high settings, now i get 80-100. Even if i lower the graphics for some reason the fps stay the same they dont even increase a bit. Same as gtaV i used to get above 60fps and now i get 45-50 with the same graphics. I also noticed a small cap in my fps, when a match of league of legends start i get 120 fps always and then they go down.

I tried to eneble XMP for my RAM but i found nothing in my BIOS can somebody help me with that please.

CPU:  AMD FX-8350

RAM:  32GB@1.6Hz

Are your temperatures normal? 

Have you got all the latest drivers?

I have the latest drivers from gforce expiperience and my tems cpu tems are between 55-65C and gpu temps 45-50C
